Since 1982 Spencer Health & Fitness has been providing a vast amount of quality programs and services to people in downtown Hilo. Situated on the corner of Keawe Street and Haili Street; Spencer's has grown to be a landmark site for people to gather and improve their quality of life. It is a destination for improving your health, your image, and your energy.
